基于模糊变权模型的煤矿井下瓦斯环境评价研究

摘    要:为了解决目前煤矿井下关于瓦斯环境安全管理存在单因素“一刀切”的问题,掌握多因素存在相互耦合相互影响的关系,在煤矿井下瓦斯环境安全的基础上,构建了煤矿井下瓦斯环境安全评价的数学评价方法和准则。该方法充分考虑瓦斯环境安全评价指标,根据模糊数学提出了层次分析法、变权理论的综合评价方法,从煤与瓦斯突出、瓦斯中有毒有害气体浓度、瓦斯爆炸3个方面提出9个评价指标,对各个评价指标参照国内相关煤炭行业的规范标准进行量化处理,从而得到各指标合理取值范围,建立了指标评价矩阵并确定指标初始权重。根据实际情况调高“差”指标权重,同时调低“好”指标权重,使之更符合实际。最终采用最大隶属度作为评定准则,确定安全等级,并采用实例验证了评价方法的合理性和准确性。

Abstract:In order to solve the"one-size-fits-all"problem existing in the safety management of gas environment in underground coal mine,and grasp the relationship of coupling and mutual influence among multiple factors,a mathematical evaluation method and criteria for the safety evaluation of gas environment in underground coal mine were established on the basis of the safety of gas environment.This method fully considered the evaluation index of gas environmental safety,and put forward the comprehensive evaluation method of analytic hierarchy process and variable weight theory based on fuzzy mathematics.Nine evaluation indexes were put forward from three aspects:coal and gas outburst,concentration of toxic and harmful gases in methane gas and gas explosion.Each evaluation index wasquantified to obtain the reasonable value rangereferring to the normative criteria of domestic relevant coal industry,and the evaluation matrix of the indexes was established to determine the initial weight of the indexes.According to the actual situation,increasethe weight of"poor"index and decrease the weight of"good"index to make it more practical.Finally,the maximum membership degree was used as the evaluation criterion to determine the safety level,and the rationality and accuracy of the evaluation method was verified by practical example.
