蓝牙技术在实时数据传输系统中的应用研究

蓝牙是一种短距离无线通信技术,用于代替数字设备和计算机外设间的电缆连接以及实现数字设备间的无线网络.目前蓝牙技术在工业控制领域的应用还非常有限.为了实现数控机床与便携设备无线数据传输,从而达到对机床故障的实时检测,本文详细的阐述了蓝牙无线技术在数控机床实时无线数据传输系统中的应用,并对蓝牙的特点及关键技术进行了理论的研究.借助嵌入式电子产品PDA（掌上电脑）实现与数控系统间的无线实时数据传输.实验表明蓝牙技术能够在工业领域方便、安全、稳定的代替有线接口,为工业控制领域的数据传输提供了新的思路.

Application of bluetooth technology to real-time data transmission system

Bluetooth is a short distance wireless technology used to replace the cable link between the digital equipment and the computer outset and to establish the wireless network between digital equipments. But up to now the application in industry control system is limited. This paper studied the application of Bluetooth wireless technology to real-time data transmission in numerical control machine. The real-time data transmission between mumerical control system and PDA has been achieved by the authers which means Bluetooth technology can replace wire port in industry field and provide a new way to realize the data transmission.
