层次分析法在连锁超市供应商选择中的应用问题分析

摘    要:随着经济的发展,消费者的购物需求越来越高,随之而来的连锁超市的数量也不断增加,连锁超市之间的竞争也越来越激烈。为了提高竞争能力,节约经营成本,连锁超市严格加强了对供应商提供的产品的管理。以X连锁超市作为研究对象,运用层次分析法,选择合适的指标,解决供应商选择中出现的一些问题,从而为连锁超市在产品质量、成本节约、提高竞争力等方面提供保障。

Abstract:With the development of economy,the shopping needs of consumers are increasing quickly.The number of chain supermarket is increasing more and more,and the competition among chain supermarket are becoming fiercely.In order to improve the competitiveness,save operating costs,the chain supermarkets strengthen the management to the products provided by the suppliers.This article takes X chain supermarket as the research object.By using the analytic hierarchy process,it selects the appropriate index,and solves some problems that appeared in the selection of the supplier,thus providing guarantees for chain supermarkets on product quality,cost savings,improving competitiveness,and so on.
