老年人高血压降压治疗的Meta分析

目的综合分析老年人高血压降压治疗大型临床试验，探讨降压治疗对老年高血压患者的作用。方法对1996年以来公开发表的老年高血压大样本随机对照临床试验进行综合分析。评估降压治疗以及不同类型的降压药物对老年人脑卒中、心血管事件及总死亡的影响。结果纳入7个试验研究，共32527例患者。结果显示．降压治疗可以显著减少老年高血压患者的总死亡率、显著降低脑卒中和心血管事件的发生率；不同类型降压药物的降压程度基本相同。不同类型降压药物对老年高血压患者脑卒中、心血管事件和死亡的影响没有显著差异。结论老年高血压患者进行恰当的降压治疗是有益的，降压治疗的益处更大程度取决于降压的程度，而不是所用药物的种类．

Meta-Analysis of BP-Lowering Treatment in the Elderly

Objective To explore the effect of BP-lowering treatment on the elderly by analysing the large scale clinical trials in old people. Method Meta-analysis is performed on randomized clinical trials (RCTs) in the elderly since the year of 1996. To assess the effects of different kinds of BP-lowering drugs and BP-lowering treatment on the incidence of stroke, cardiovascular events and mortality in the elderly. Results Meta-analysis was performed on the results of 7 RCTs which showed BP-lowering treatment and can significantly reduce the incidence of death, stroke and cardiovascular events in old people with hypertension. The degree of BP-lowering and the effects on the endpoints is almost similar among different drugs. Conclusion BP-lowering treatment may exert favourable effects in the elderly. The benefit derives from the BP-lowering degree and not the kinds of BP-lowering drugs.
