Abstract:The global manufacturing industry is developing rapidly towards the direction of intelligence and scale,but there are some problems,such as the disunity of data interface between numerical control equipment,the difficulty of equipment data interaction,and the high cost of field equipment condition monitoring.Now put forward a kind of based on the number of digital twin CNC equipment,interconnection and visualization technology,first use 3D laser scanning technology to build digital twin model of the numerical control equipment,read numerical control equipment of the real-time running data by OPC UA communication architecture and after converting to the database as a virtual reality engine of the guidance of the source data,using the Unity data-driven engine to drive digital twin model,so as to realize synchronous movement of the physical model and digital twin model.Finally,the realization of digital twin technology in the production process of workshop numerical control equipment is carried out,and the validity and correctness of the proposed scheme are verified,which provides technical support for digital twin numerical control equipment facing interconnection and interworking.
