2型糖尿病患者血浆肌肉抑制素含量变化及意义

摘    要:目的:测定2型糖尿病(T2D)患者血浆肌肉抑制素含量的变化,探讨其在发病机制中的作用。方法:酶联免疫分析法检测43例T2D患者和20例健康体检者血浆肌肉抑制素的含量,临床生化检测血浆中脂质、糖及胰岛素含量。结果:与健康对照组比较,T2D患者空腹血糖、胰岛素、甘油三酯及血浆肌肉抑制素水平显著升高,而高密度脂蛋白水平显著降低(P均<0.01)。在T2D糖尿病患者中,女性患者、体质量指数较小者(BMI<25)和甘油三酯水平较高者(≥1.7 mmol/L)血浆肌肉抑制素水平均显著高于相反水平患者(P<0.05)。肌肉抑制素诊断T2D的ROC曲线下面积为87%。结论:T2D患者血浆肌肉抑制素升高,并与性别、体质量指数和甘油三酯水平相关,肌肉抑制素可能参与了T2D的病理生理过程。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes of plasma myostatin levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2D) and its association with the clinical characteristics of T2D. Methods We recruited 43 cases with T2D and 20 age-matched normal subjects and plasma myostatin,lipid,glucose and serum insulin was measured. Results T2D patients showed significantly higher fasting plasma glucose(FPG) ,serum insulin and triglyceride levels and lower high-density lipoprotein levels compared to normal control subjects (P < 0. 01 ) . Plasma myostatin levels in T2D patients was significantly increased as compared with the healthy controls(66. 5 ± 17. 8 vs 46. 2 ± 13. 8 ng/mL,P < 0. 01) . Female subjects in T2D groups showed higher myostatin levels than male subjects. The area under ROC curve of myostatin in T2D for diagnosis was 87% . Conclusion Upregulation of plasma myostatin in T2D and its association with body mass index,gender and triglyceride suggests that plasma myostatin may be involved in the pathogenesis of the disease.
