Carisolv系统修复治疗儿童乳磨牙龋的疗效及合作程度评价

目的评价Carisolv系统(伢典)修复治疗儿童乳磨牙龋的临床疗效及儿童就诊时的合作程度。方法将268例356颗儿童乳磨牙龋随机分成3组,A组用伢典备洞,B组用非创伤性修复技术(ART)备洞,对照组用常规法高速涡轮牙钻备洞,3组均用FX玻璃离子水门汀充填。记录儿童就诊时的行为及合作程度,并于治疗后6个月、1年随访复查。结果治疗后6个月、1年成功率A组与B组和对照组相比差异无显著性(P>0.05);治疗后6个月、1年继发龋发生率A组明显低于B组和对照组(P<0.05);治疗时儿童的合作程度A组明显高于B组和对照组(P<0.05)。结论伢典治疗儿童乳磨牙龋可大大减少牙科恐惧症的产生。

Evaluation of cooperation and efficacy of treatment with Carisolv system for deciduous molar tooth caries

Objective To evaluate cooperativity and efficacy of Carisolv system for treatment of children with deciduous molar tooth caries.Methods Twenty hundred and sixty-eight children(356 deciduous molar tooth caries) were randomly divided into three groups.Group A(89 cases) were prepared with holes by Carisolv,Group B(91 cases) were prepared with holes using atraumatic restorative treatment(ART).Control group(88 cases) were prepared with holes using routine high-speed dental turbine unit.Three groups were filled with FX glass ionomer cement.Behaviour and cooperation of children were recorded in out-patient and follow-up reexamination were performed after 6 months and one year.Results Achievement ratio after 6 months and one year in group A and B were no significant difference compared with that in control group(P>0.05).Incidence of recurrent caries after 6 months and one year in group A was obviously lower than that in group B(P<0.05).Degree of cooperation in children of group A was obviously higher than that in children of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of Carisolv on eciduous molar tooth caries in children can obviously decrease occurrence of dental fear.
