| 摘 要： | 高炉软融带的位置和形状对高炉内的热交换、还原过程以及透气性能有极大的影响 ,针对此提出了将模糊矩阵的知识应用于高炉软融带的形状预测模型 .该模型通过构造模糊矩阵和隶属函数 ,计算隶属度的方法 ,将各个参数归一化 ,充分利用综合信息 ,为高炉软融带的形状预测提供了较为准确而有效的手段 .经过检验 ,取得了较好的预测效果

| Abstract: | The position and shape of BF cohesive zone have grea t influences on the heat transferring, the deoxidization and the air ventilation in a blast furnace. Therefore a forecasting model of the shape of BF cohesive z one applying the theory of fuzzy matrix is presented. By constructing fuzzy matr ix and subjection function and calculating the subjection degrees, various param eters are normalized to make full use of the synthesized information and provide an accurate and effective method of the shape forecasting of the BF cohesive zon e. It has been approved to have very good foreseeing ability. |
