| 摘 要： | 目的探讨平阳霉素＋地塞米松局部注射治疗婴幼儿头面部浅表血管瘤及血管畸形的临床效果及分析。方法将平阳霉素配成2g/L浓度的溶液行瘤体内注射，每次治疗剂量1-4mg。根据患儿的年龄、病变大小决定用药剂量，每疗程5次。随访时间最长6个月-2年。结果经治的65例患者，治愈40例（61．54％）、显效16例（24．62％）、有效9例（13．84％）、没有无效病例。绝大多数患者（60／65）1个疗程后结束治疗。无1例出现高热、肺纤维化等严重并发症；5例愈后遗留唇部轻度凹陷畸形。结论平阳霉素＋地塞米松局部注射治疗婴幼儿头面部血管瘤及血管畸形，方法简单、操作容易、疗效可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective Analysis of the therapic effect to head-face hemangioma and vascular malformations of infants and children by pingyangmycin and dexamethasone. Methods The concentration of pingyangmycin was 2g/L and the treatment dosage was 1~4mg every time.
