黄河公伯峡水电站枢纽工程设计优化综述

摘    要:公伯峡水电站工程枢纽主要由混凝土面板堆石坝、引水发电系统和泄水建筑物三大部分组成,适应了复杂的工程地质条件,有利于施工和运行。在设计施工过程中采用了水平旋流消能、左右岸采用高趾墙、挤压墙固坡、面板一次浇筑、引水钢管采用弹性垫层管代替伸缩节、左岸泄水建筑物采用舌型鼻坎、侧扩加折流檐鼻坎及扩散型扭曲的新型挑流鼻坎、优化施工洪水等多项新技术、新工艺。实现发电提前1a,节约工程投资7.73亿元。工程已安全发电运行3a以上,各建筑物运行正常。

Abstract:Gongboxia hydropower station is composed of concrete face rockfill dam, power system and release structure, which fits complicated geological conditions and is favorable for construction and operation. In the process of project design, new technique/technology are introduced in the aspects of horizontal vortex flow energy dissipation, high plinth at the left and right bank, reinforced slope by extruding wall, once concreting face slab, elastic cushion instead of expansion joint for steel penstocks, tongue - type bucket lip for release structure on the left bank, side -folded bucket flip and new trajectory bucket with diffusing torsion, as well as optimized construction flood, etc. That has realized power generation one year ahead, and has saved the project cost of 733 million RMB yuan. The project has been safe in operation and power output for more than three years, and other structures are in normal service.
