依替米星联合三代头孢菌素治疗老年社区获得性肺炎的临床研究

目的评价硫酸依替米星联合三代头孢菌素与单独使用三代头孢菌素治疗老年非重症社区获得性肺炎的疗效。方法回顾分析60例老年非重症社区获得性肺炎患者使用依替米星200mg1次／d静点联合应用三代头孢菌素抗炎治疗，对照组54例老年非重症社区获得性肺炎患者单独使用三代头孢菌素治疗，观察两组的治疗效果及不良反应。结果两组有效率分别为83．3％，66．7％，两组住院的平均天数分别为12．51±8．63天和16．25±9．74天，均有显著差别（P〈0．05）。观察组住院费用及药费均少于对照组。观察组发生皮疹2例，不良反应发生率1．6％，未出现肾损害及其他不良反应。结论依替米星联合三代头孢用于治疗老年非重症社区获得性肺炎是安全有效的，同单独应用三代头孢菌素相比可以减少住院时间及医疗费用。

Clinical study of treatment effect with etimicin sulfate combined with tert-cephalosporin in the aged patients without grave pneumonia

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy between the treatment of etimicin sulfate combined with tert-cephalosporin and that of tert-cephalosporin only in the aged patients without grave pneumonia, and to estimate the safety of the usage of etimicin sulfate in the treatment. Methods 60 aged patients without grave pneumonia were involved in the research group, who were treated with etimicin sulfate 200 mg/day （iv） combined with tert-cephalosporin; 54 patients received tert-cephalosporin only as the control group. The results and adverse reaction between the groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the research group and the control group were 83.3% and 66.7% ; respectively for the research and control groups. The average time from the beginning of using the drug to the day of discharge was 12.51 ± 8.63 and 16.25 ± 9.74 days respectively, for the two groups respectively （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The cost of hospitalization of the research group was lower than that of the control group. The incidence of side effect in the research group was 1.6% only. Conclusion The usage of etimicin sulfate combined with tert-cephalosporin in the treatment of aged patients without grave pneumonia is effective and safe with shorter period of hospital stay and lower cost.
