摘    要:根据炼油厂气体分离装置脱戊烷塔的地位和作用,探讨了停开脱戊烷塔的可行性。研究中采有季非平衡级严格机理稳态模型仿真技术,基于统计模型的软测量技术和动态仿真技术等分析方法 。对停开脱戊烷塔后的综合经济效益给出了详细而且定量的分析,在不同进料组分下,平均可以得到185万元/年的经济效益,但进料中C5浓度不同对效益的不可忽略。同时通过比较C5与MTBE的分离特性,MEOH与C4的共沸特性、灵敏板温度设定值

Abstract:The paper discusses the possibility of removing depentanizer from Gas processing Unit according to its status and function in the refinery.Steady state simulation technique based on non equilibrium rigorous mechanism models,softsensor technique based on statistic models and dynamic simulation techniques are used in the analysis.Detailed and quantitative analysis of comprehensive economic benefits of removing depentanizer is given.The average benefits per year are suggested to be about $18?500.However,influence by different feed C5 concentration on the benefits can not be omitted.Furthermore,the papers discusses the changes of operational parameters after removing depentanizer,including C5 and MTBE separation characteristics,MEOH and C4 azeotropic characteristics and the infulence of the setpoint of sensitive stage on product components.
