摘    要:传统硫酸钡重量法测定磷石膏中硫的含量,分析周期长,操作繁琐。现用微波碱熔分解磷石膏,酸化后滴加氯化钡生成硫酸钡沉淀,用玻璃砂芯坩埚过滤硫酸钡沉淀,再用微波干燥恒重硫酸钡沉淀测定磷石膏中全硫含量,方法简单省时,成本低,耗电量小,结果准确,仪器廉价,便于推广.

Abstract:In view of the traditional analytic method with tong time and complex operation on determination of sulfur in phosphogypsum by the gravimetric method of barium sulfate, a new analytic method is developed that phosphogypsum is decomposed by alkali fusion with microwave, acidified and added barium chloride to form the precipitated barium sulfate, then the barium sulfate is filtered with glass sand core crucible and dried to constant weight with microwave radiation. The new analytic method is with simple, time-saving, cost-lowered, power-decreased characteristics as well as the exact analytic result,cheap price of apparatus and convenient extension.
