石煤钒矿发电提钒工艺工业化试生产

摘    要:以V2O50.85%,发热值5 000~6 500 kJ/kg的石煤钒矿为原料,采用循环化流化床发电-飞灰提钒-尾渣生产水泥工艺,钒浸出率可达82%~83%,从石煤到产品五氧化二钒全流程回收率达51.71%,生产1t V2O5可产出4~5 t副产品白炭黑。工业试生产表明:该工艺提高了石煤资源综合利用率,有效地降低了产品生产成本,有较好的社会经济效益。

Abstract:Using as stone coal vanadium ore which is of 0.85% V2O5 and whose calorific value is 5 000~6 500 kJ/kg,adopting the process of generation in circulating fluidized bed,extraction with fly ash and cement production with tailings,leaching rate of vanadium is up to 82%~83% and recovery rate reaches 51.71%,1 t V2O5 can produce 4~5 t by-product silica.The industrialized trial production showed that the process was of better social and economic benefits,enhancing comprehensive utilization of stone coal and effectively reducing cost of production.
