摘    要:本文采用数值模拟技术研究了表面活性元素对 M I G/ M A G 焊接熔池流场的影响,揭示了表面活性元素大幅度地提高焊缝金属的组织和性能,降低熔敷金属扩散氢含量的作用机理,为开发新的焊接材料提供了理论依据

Abstract:The effect of surface active element on MAG/MIG weldpool fluid flow was studied by means of numerical simulation technology. The active mechanism was revealed that the surface active elements can greatly increase the structure and property of weld metal,and decrease the content of diffuse hydrogen in deposit metal,thus the theory basis was provided to develop new welding material.
