摘    要:气道稳流模拟试验可以模拟实际发动机的进气状况,评估发动机进气系统的流通特性及进气道涡流形成能力,为发动机进气系统开发及燃烧过程研究提供重要的试验依据。本开发的发动机气道稳流模拟试验系统采用上下位机结构实现两级控制,具有自动化程度高、安全可靠、便于扩展维护的特点,实现上位测控软件的智能化设计,采用的数值处理方法使试验结果的计算精度得到明显提升。

Abstract:The intake port steady flow test can simulate the actual situation of air intake and evaluate both the flow characteristics of engine air intake system and the capability of forming the swirl, which provide essential testing evidence for the research on developing engine air intake system as well as the combustion process. The steady flow test system developed in this paper applies a structure to realize distributed control by means of construction combining asuperior computer and a subordinate computer, which possesses the features of high automation level, safe and reliable performance and convenience for maintenance and extension. It realizes the intelligentized design of evaluation and control software and obviously increases the calculating accuracy by applying the specific data processing method.
