高校青年志愿者组织发展机制研究

我国高校青年志愿者组织经历了从无到有,并逐步走向成熟和完善的阶段.当前高校青年志愿者组织发展存在志愿者自主化力量不足、志愿活动缺乏社会认同、激励机制尚不健全等问题.高校青年志愿组织发展机制的进一步的发展和完善,既需要高校共青团组织、志愿者组织管理人员对志愿者工作进行长期规划和引导,又需要社会各界的充分重视和大力支持,同时也需要更多大学生的积极参与.只有通过多方努力形成合力,才能进一步推动高校志愿组织的发展和完善.

On The Development Mechanism Of University Volunteer Organizations

Chinese volunteer organizations in universities have developed from the beginning to maturity and perfection. At present, there are some problems in volunteer organizational development： lacking independence of the volunteers, social recognition to their activities, and imperfect incentive mechanism. Further improvement of university volunteer organizations developing mechanism requires the long-term p volunteer organizations for the vohmteer work, lanning and guidance of the staff from Communist Youth League organizations and as well as full attention and support from the whole society. In addition, it also needs the active involvement of more students. Only joint efforts can develop and promote university voluntary organizations.
