基于XML的开放式WebGIS研究

首先对目前WebGIS中所存在的问题进行了深入分析,指出开放式WebGIS是今后发展的方向,并应用XML技术对开放式WebGIS所涉及的两个重要方面(数据互操作与功能互操作)进行了探讨和研究。在上述研究的基础上提出了一个完全基于XML的开放式WebGIS整体解决方案,并基于该方案设计,完成了一套原型系统。最后,利用该原型系统完成了几个对分布式异构地理空间数据进行集成处理的实验,验证了该方案的理论正确性和技术可行性。

Study of Open WebGIS Based on XML

The paper analyzes the problems existed in WebGIS that traditional WebGIS is independent and isolated and there is no sufficient interoperability among different systems. Then the paper discusses the application of XML on WebGIS in two aspects, namely the data interoperability and the function interoperability. After this, a schema for open WebGIS based on XML is proposed. Since the schema is designed with the open technologies, so it is different from the traditional one. The system devoloped according to the schema is interoperable, extensible and interactive. Finally based on the above schema, a prototype system is developed to test the theory correction and technique feasibility of the schema. With the prototype, some tests for the integration of the heterogeneous geospatial data are implemented and some satisfied results are achieved.
