综掘胶带快速回撤工艺研究

摘    要: 为了适应矿井综合机械化快速回采的要求、缩短回采工作面准备时间、提高生产效率,笔者根据现场生产经验,提出了一套全新的综掘皮带回撤工艺,较大地提高了综掘皮带的回撤速度,降低了工人劳动强度,有效解决了皮带件粘泥、皮带带面后期再利用容易引起皮带跑偏等问题。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of the fully mechanized rapid coal mining in underground mine,to reduce the preparation time of the coal mining face and to improve the mine production efficiency,on the premise of the site production experiences summarized,a new rapid withdrawn technique of the conveying belt for the mining and excavation in the mine was provided.Thus the withdrawn speed of the conveying belt for the mining and excavation was highly improved,the labor intensity of the miners was reduced and the coal slime sticking on the conveying belt parts and the slime sticking on the conveying belt,off center running and other problems were effectively solved.
