肺气虚证模型大鼠肾组织水通道蛋白2表达的变化

摘    要:目的观察肺气虚证模型大鼠肾组织水通道蛋白2(AQP2)表达的变化,为机体水液代谢过程中肺肾相关理论提供依据。方法20只大鼠随机分为模型组和对照组,用免疫组化、Western blot、RT-PCR方法测定肾组织AQP2蛋白及mRNA表达。结果肺气虚证模型组肾组织AQP2表达增加,AQP2mRNA表达增高,与正常对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〉0.01)。结论肺气虚证模型大鼠肾组织AQP2表达增强,提示肺主“通调水道”功能可能与影响肾小管AQP2表达有关。

Experimental Study of Kidney Aquaporin-2 Expression in Lung-Qi Deficiency Model Rats

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of kidney aquaporin-2 (AQP2) expression in Lung-Qi deficiency model rats and provide experimental evidence for the traditional Chinese medical theory that the kidney is related with the lung in charge of regulating the water passage. Method Twenty healthy rats were divided into the model group and the control group. The method of immunohistochemistry and Western blot was used to determine the expression of AQP2 in kidney. RT-PCR was applied to analyze the expression of AQP2 mRNA in lung and kidney tissues. Result The expression of AQP2 and AQP2 mRNA in kidney in model group was higher than in the control group. Conclusion The expression of AQP2 in kidney was higher in Lung-Qi deficiency model rats. One of the substance basis of "lung in charge of regulating the water passage" may be related to the change of AQP2 expression in the kidney tissues.
