构建吉林省冰雪文化特色及相关产业发展对策研究

根据吉林省冰雪文化、冰雪资源、冰雪旅游和冰雪运动特征以及相关产业运行现状,通过对吉林省冰雪文化及相关产业的人文环境、地理环境、经营环境、制度环境等进行分析,结合国内外成功经验和发展趋势,研究吉林省冰雪文化发展前景、相关产业的合理开发、产业运营模式、相关政策以及冰雪文化与社会经济协调发展的战略对策。从而,优化吉林省冰雪文化资源,构建吉林省冰雪文化特色,推进相关产业的建设和发展,进一步促进吉林省社会经济和文化大发展、大繁荣。

Research on the Construction of Ice and Snow Culture and the Development Countermeasure of its Related Industries in Jilin Province

This paper studies the prospects of ice and snow culture development,the rational development of its related industries,the operation mode,the policies and the strategies for the harmonious development between the culture and the economy through introducing the ice and snow culture of Jilin province,the resource of ice and snow,the tour of ice and snow,the characteristics of winter sports and the current situation of the operation of related industries and analyzing the humanistic environment,geographical environment,management environment and policy environment of related industries in Jilin province using the domestic and foreign successful experience as a source of reference to optimize the resources of ice and snow culture and construct the characteristic of ice and snow culture in Jilin province so as to promote the construction and development of related industries as well as the development and prosperity of economy and culture.
