摘    要:本文对三维非接触测量进行了简单介绍,着重对其中的投影栅相位法从光学原理、相位原理和相位解包裹三个方面分别作了详细的阐述,实例分析结果证明该方法具有较快的测量速度和准确度。

Abstract:The presentation of 3- D non- touched Measurement is presented simply, emphasize optical theory, phase theory and phase unwrapping of Phase detection of projected grating , which is one of 3- D non- touched Measurement are expatiated partic- ularly. Meanwhile, the result of example proves this method is provided with swift and accuracy speed of measurement in this text.
