| 摘 要： | 以活性白土和氧化铝为脱色剂,研究了不同脱色时间、脱色温度、脱色剂用量以及不同配比对青豆油脱色效果的影响。通过正交实验研究,最佳的脱色工艺为:脱色剂为混合剂、脱色剂用量为油质量的4%,脱色温度80℃,脱色时间为30min。

| Abstract: | Active clay was studied as decoloring agent,and its decolorant effect in different time,temperature,agent dosage,mixed proportion was found out. The optimal technology was obtained by orthogonal experiment:with blended decoloring agent,the dosage is 4 % at 80 ℃ in 30 min. |
