TURP与TUVP治疗高危高龄前列腺增生症180例

目的提高高危高龄前列腺增生症患者经尿道手术的治疗效果,总结经验。方法对180例前列腺增生症(BPH)患者联合应用经尿道前列腺汽化术(TUVP)和经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)对前列腺组织分阶段切除。结果于手术第一阶段结束者26例,第二阶段43例,第三阶段111例,手术时间平均56 min,收集标本平均26.2 g,术中平均出血量96 ml。随访6个月~6年,国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)、最大尿流率(Qmax)均有明显改善(P<0.01)。结论采用TURP与TUVP联合分阶段治疗高危高龄前列腺增生症是一种安全有效的方法。

TURP and TUVP for 180 dangerous and older patients suffering from BPH

Objective: To improve the treating effect and to sum up the experiences by the urethra operation on dangerous and older patients who suffer from BPH. Methods: To cut off, by stages, the prostate tissue of 180 patients who suffered from BPH by the combined employment of TUVP and TURP. Results: During the operation, 26 patients were cured in the first stage; 46, in the second stage; 111, in the third stage. The average time of the operation was 56 min; the average specimen collected, 26.2 g; the average amount of haemorrhage, 96 ml. After 6 months to 6 years visiting, it was found that IPSS, QOL and Qmax were all improved apparently. Conclusion: The combined employment of TURP and TUVP by stages to treat the dangerous and older patients who suffer from BPH is a safe and effective way.
