| 摘 要： | 目的观察Vitapex根管充填一次法治疗乳牙窦道型尖周炎的疗效。方法针对4~9岁、乳牙根尖周炎有窦道的287例患者336颗牙,按就医先后顺序随机分为两组,观察组190颗牙,用Vitapex注射性糊剂;对照组146颗牙,用氧化锌、丁香油糊剂。均一次性根管填充。结果治疗后一年观察Vitapex注射性糊剂和氧化锌、丁香油糊剂一次法治疗乳牙窦道型尖周炎,均取得满意效果。Vitapex注射性糊剂治疗效果更好。结论Vitapex根管充填一次法治疗乳牙窦道尖周炎效果好,可减少患者复诊次数,缩短疗程,提高工作效率。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect for the periapical periodontitis with the Vitapex paste to fill root canal for once. Methods The patients were from 4 to 9 years old.336 teeth in 287 cases which belong to periodical periodontitis were divided into two groups at random.The observing group which include 190 teeth was treated with Vitapex and control 146 teeth with butter of zinc and oil of clove paste. Results After one year's observation,both groups were obtained satisfactory effect but the observing group showed better. Conclusion The treatment on periapical periodontitis with Vitapex paste to fill root canal for once is effective and reduces treatment times,shorts the course and improves work efficiency. |
