广州市婴儿出生体重及影响因素

目的 了解广州市婴儿出生体重的整体水平和影响因素,指导在城市社区中更好开展妇幼保健工作。方法 利用孕产妇保健卡资料,调查了广州市1605例的足月正常、自然经阴道娩出的婴儿出生体重,并分析了婴儿性别、孕周、孕次、是否经产妇、产妇年龄、产妇文化程度、产妇体重等因素与婴儿出生体重的关系。结果 男婴和女婴平均出生体重分别为3289g和3207g,男婴体重显著高于女婴(t=2.29,p<0.05)。低出生体重儿和巨大儿分别占4.5％和5.2％。婴儿出生体重与产妇孕周(r=0.32,P<0.01)和产妇出生前体重(r=0.37,p<001)呈显著正相关,与产妇年龄显著负相关(r=0.11,p<0.05)不同孕次产妇的婴儿出生体重存在明显差异(F=3.42,p=0.02),怀孕3次产妇的婴儿出生体重明显高于怀孕1～2次和4次的产妇的婴儿。结论 广州市婴儿出生平均体重为3240g,婴儿出生体重与产妇年龄、产妇体重、孕周、产次和婴儿性别等因素有关。

Analysis of infant birth weights and related factors in guanzhou

Objective To find out the average infant birth weight and related factors inGuanzghou.and to improve the work of health care of woman and child. Methods According to medical records of lying - in woman and infants in hospital, 1605 alive infants who were term delivery and healthy and deliver through vagina were studied. The effects onbirt weighis were analyzed for different factors, such as sex, Pregnant weeks, Pregnant times, delivery history,mother education, and mother age and mother weight. Results The birth weights of boys and girls were 3289 and 3207g respectively, boys had a significantly higher weights than girls (t - test, p< 0.05 ). Birth weights showed a positive correlation with pregnant weeks (r=0.32,p<0.01 )and mother weights(r=0.37,p<0.01),but a negativecorrelation with mother age(r = 0.11,p<0. 05). Infant weights of mothers with different pregnant times were significantly different (one - way ANOVA. P = 0.02), in general .threetimes showed higher weights than others. Conclusions The average infant birth weight in Guangzhou was 3240g. Factors including mother age, mother weights, pregnant weeks, first time being motger and baby sex syowed a strong effect on infant birth weights.
