螺旋埋弧焊钢管生产不同规格钢管时,需要调型换道,同时相关参数,成型角、钢管切管长度等需要计算,计算花费较长时间,且较为麻烦。为此,考虑将使用所有参数编入VB程序,并将其导入数字化成型主机,需要计算参数时,在主机显示器上计算界面中输入基本参数方可计算出所需参数,计算方便快捷,使用简单,大大提高了工作效率。
