符为民治疗手痹经验

符为民教授认为手痹病位初在经络,久伤气血,病及肝肾。病机在本为肝肾气血亏虚,在标为风寒湿痹阻脉络,若体虚邪实则呈虚实夹杂之候。治疗分早、中、后三期进行,早期实证多见,祛邪为主;中期常见气血失调,治疗主以调和气血;后期多表现为体虚邪实,治以平补肝肾为大法。附验案2则。

Experience of Professor FU Weiming on Treating Hand Bi

According to Professor FU Weiming,the disease location of hand bi is at the meridians and collaterals in the early stage,and gradually the disease will affect qi and blood and finally involves the liver and kidneys. For the disease mechanism,qi and blood deficiency of the liver and kidney is the root while wind-cold-dampness blocking the collaterals is the branch,and the patients usually manifest as mixed deficiency and excess. The treatment is based on different stages. In the early stage,the excess pattern is common and therefore the treatment aims at dispelling evils;in the middle stage,disharmony of qi and blood pattern is common and the treatment is to regulate qi and blood;in the later stage,weak body and excessive evil pattern is common and the treatment is to tonifying liver and kidneys. There are 2 cases included in this paper.
