| 摘 要： | 在高职校内实训基地营造浓厚的企业文化氛围,对于提高高职学生的综合职业素质、加强实训基地自身的发展等具有十分重要的意义。在高职院校实训基地内建设企业文化环境、提炼精神理念、引入现代企业运行机制、进行校企合作等,可以营造浓厚的企业文化氛围。

| Abstract: | It is important to create enterprise cultural atmosphere in the practice base on higher vocational college campus in view of the improvement of students' overall professional qualities and the enforcement of the development of practice base itself.This creation can be achieved through building enterprise cultural environment,extracting ideological concepts,introducing modern operating mechanism and conducting the cooperation between colleges and enterprises. |
