多产喷气燃料加氢裂化工艺技术研究

摘    要:通过对加氢裂化反应不同转化深度下喷气燃料产品收率和产品性质的研究发现,喷气燃料产品收率随着转化率的提高先增加后缓慢降低,当转化率达到95%时,喷气燃料收率达到最大值49.24%;喷气燃料烟点随转化率的提高逐渐升高,其中宽馏分喷气燃料随转化率提高烟点升高明显,当转化率为97%时,喷气燃料烟点可达到33.1 mm,而重喷气燃料烟点受转化率的提高影响较小;芳烃含量先降低后升高,芳烃质量分数最低可达到4.6%;冰点与转化率无明显对应关系,最高为-53.7℃,具有较好的低温流动性;喷气燃料馏分适宜的终馏点为290℃,与终馏点282℃时相比,其产品收率可增加2.17百分点,烟点可提高1.1 mm,冰点为-59.3℃对其低温性能影响较小。

Abstract:The studies on the yield and properties of jet fuels produced via hydrogen cracking process at different conversion rates have shown that,along with the increased conversion rate,the yield of jet fuel rises up first and then slowly goes down.The peak value of the jet fuel yield is 49.24%when the conversion rate has reached maximum 95%,the smoking point of jet fuel gradually goes up with increasing conversion rate,the smoke point of wide-fraction jet fuel rises significantly with the increase of conversion rate.When the conversion rate is 97%,the smoke point of jet fuel can reach 33.1 mm,and the smoke point of heavy jet fuel is less affected by the increase of conversion rate.The content of aromatic hydrocarbons goes down first and then rises up,the minimum content of aromatic hydrocarbons can be as high as 4.6 v%.The freezing point has little to do with the variation of conversion rate.The highest freezing point is-53.7℃,which offers a good low-temperature fluidity;A proper end boiling point of jet fuel distillate is 290℃,which can increase the product yield by 2.17%and the smoke point by 1.1 mm.The freezing point is-59.3℃,which has little impact on low-temperature performance of the fuel.
