| Abstract: | This paper reviews the water shutoff and profile modification treatments performed in steam huff puff production wells of viscous crude oil reservoirs in West Huanxilin, Liaohe: the features; the seven chemical water controlling agents used in last two years; the technology of treatments both for profile modification before steam injection and water shutoff within a production cycle; and the field results. |
