| 摘 要： | 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定鸡骨草胶囊中栀子苷的含量。方法以Symmetry Shild RP C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以乙腈-水(15∶85)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为238 nm。结果栀子苷在0.300μg~3.00μg范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为96.6%,RSD=1.8%(n=6)。结论所建方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于鸡骨草胶囊的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To set up a method for the determination of geniposide in Jigucao capsules by HPLC.Methods HPLC was used on Symmetryshield RP C_(18) column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),with acetonitrile-water(15∶85 by volume) as a mobile phase,flow rate at 1.0 ml·min~(-1),detection wavelength at 238 nm.Results The linear range of geniposide was 0.300μg~3.00μg and the average recovery was 96.6%,RSD=1.8%,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and rapid with good reproducibility.It can be used for the quality control of Jigucao capsules. |
