摘    要:对从锌精矿焙烧电尘中回收镉的工艺进行了研究,比较了水浸、酸浸及氧化酸浸3种浸镉方法,指出氧化酸浸-除砷-置换-压团-熔铸是回收镉的最佳流程,用这种方法处理含镉电尘,镉的浸出率大于90%,粗镉品位99.10%。

Abstract:The paper describes the study on processes for recovering cadmium from zinc concentrate roasting dust collected by electrostatic precipitator (ESP), including comparison of three cadmium leaching processes, i.e. water leaching, acid leaching and oxidation acid leaching points out that the oxidation acid leaching-arsenic removal-cementation-briquetting-casting is an optimal process for recovering cadmium from cadmium-bearing dust collected by ESP, where the cadmium leaching efficiency can be higher than 90% and grade of crude cadmium can reach 99.10%.
