系统护理干预在轮状病毒肠炎患儿中的应用效果分析

摘    要:目的分析系统护理干预在轮状病毒肠炎患儿中的应用效果。方法选择2018年2月至2019年2月我院收治的90例轮状病毒肠炎患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施系统护理干预,比较两组患儿的症状缓解时间及治疗依从率。结果观察组的发热、腹泻、脱水等症状缓解时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总依从率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。结论系统护理干预可有效改善轮状病毒肠炎患儿的相关临床症状,提高其治疗依从性,利于患儿转归。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of systematic nursing intervention in children with rotavirus enteritis.Methods 90 cases of children with rotavirus enteritis admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=45).The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given systematic nursing intervention.The symptom remission time and treatment compliance rate were compared between the two groups.Results The remission time of fever,diarrhea and dehydration in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total treatment compliance rate of the observation group was 93.33%,significantly higher than 73.33%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Systematic nursing intervention can effectively improve the related clinical symptoms of children with rotavirus enteritis,and improve the treatment compliance,which is beneficial to the outcome of children.
