摘    要:以光伏、风电为代表的分布式电源具备较强的不确定性,其规模化、分散式地接入配电网,为系统资源的统一调控带来了严峻挑战。为实现配电网多类型分布式资源的协调调控,提出一种基于自适应步长交替方向乘子法的配电网分布式鲁棒优化调度策略。首先,构建配电网多层级代理系统,为配电网优化调度提供分布式运营架构。其次,建立基于可调鲁棒算法的配电网优化调度模型,提出鲁棒成本系数优化分配方法,实现调度策略保守性及经济性的合理平衡。在此基础上,基于自适应步长交替方向乘子法建立配电网分布式优化模型,并完成调度策略的高效求解。基于改进IEEE-33节点系统的仿真结果表明,所建立的分布式优化模型具备优越的收敛性能,所提鲁棒成本系数优化分配方法可有效提升调度策略的经济性。

Abstract:Distributed powers represented by photovoltaics and wind power have strong uncertainty. Their large-scale and decentralized access to the distribution network has brought severe challenges to the unified regulation of system resources. In order to realize the coordinated and optimized operation of multiple types of distributed resources in distribution networks, we propose a distributed robust optimization dispatching strategy based on the alternating direction multiplier method with adaptive step size. First, a multi-agent system is built to provide a distributed operation architecture for the optimal dispatch of the distribution network. Secondly, an optimal dispatching model of the distribution network based on the adjustable robust algorithm is established, and a robust cost coefficient optimal allocation method is proposed to achieve a reasonable balance between the conservativeness of the robustness and the economy. On this basis, the distributed optimization model of the distribution network is established based on the alternating direction multiplier method, and the efficient solution of the scheduling strategy is completed. The simulation results based on the modified IEEE 33-nodes system verify the superior convergence performance of the proposed distributed optimization model as well as the effectiveness of the optimal allocation method of robust cost coefficient.
