| 摘 要： | 本文通过研究震后重建的抗震规划对策和建筑设计方法，旨提高城市综合抗震能力，并反思了我国地震设防城镇的建设现状，指出在市场经济不断发展、城市化进程逐步加剧的形势下，地产经营的推进不能突破规划与建筑抗震的限定和约束。
