摘    要:自行设计了主井箕斗滚轮罐耳上的水平力传感装置,并在实验室对该装置进行了静态和动态标定,建立了水平力传感装置所测电压与滚轮罐耳所受水平力之间的相互关系。借助自行设计的水平力传感装置,设计了井筒装备水平力现场测试系统,获得了测试条件下水平力特征和时程曲线数据信息。测试结果表明,提升过程中井筒装备作用水平力随提升终端荷载和提升速度增大而增大;罐道正面作用水平力最大值与侧面水平力最大值不同时出现,且罐道正面水平力最大值大于侧面作用水平力最大值;主井罐道作用水平力为低频冲击荷载。

Abstract:A horizontal force sensor device on the ear of the main shaft roller was self-designed;the static and dynamic calibration test of the device was conducted in the laboratory.The relationship between the voltage measured by the horizontal force sensor device and the horizontal force on the roller jar ear was established.By virtue of the self-designed horizontal force sensor device,a horizontal force testing system for shaft equipment was designed,and horizontal force characteristics and time history data information under test conditions were obtained.The test results showed that the horizontal force acting on the shaft equipment during the lifting process increases with the increase of the lifting terminal load and the lifting speed.During the lifting process,the maximum value of horizontal force acting on the front surface of the tank was different from the maximum value of lateral horizontal force,and the maximum value of the horizontal force on the front side of the tank was greater than the maximum value of lateral horizontal force.The horizontal force of the main shaft was the low frequency impact load.
