| 摘 要： | 采用离心复合铸造工艺研制复合高速钢辊环。研制结果表明，选用变质高碳无钴高速钢作外层，用球铁作内层，选择合适的离心机转速、两种金属液浇注的间隔时间和浇注温度，并结合采用表面感应热处理工艺，可获得硬度高，硬度均匀性好，内外层结合良好的高速钢复合辊环，用于工业生产，其使用寿命比高铬铸铁辊环提高５倍以上。

| Abstract: | Compositehigh-speedsteelrollringisstudiedusingcentrifugalcastingprocess.Theresultsindicatethatthehighspeedcompositerollringswithhighhardness,goodhomogeneityofhardnessandexcellentinnerandouterjointcanbeobtainedbychoosingmodifiedhigh -carboncobalt -freehigh speedsteelasouterlayerandnodularcastironasinnerlayer,suitablecentrifugalrotatingspeedandcast ingspantimeandtemperatureofbothmetalliquidsincombinationwithsurfaceinductionheattreatment process.Theservicelifeoftherollringisfivetimeslargerthanthatofhighchromiumcastironrollring inapplicationtoindustry. |
