光纤通讯微机保护系统设计

摘    要:针对微机保护硬件的功能、可靠性及光纤通信理论的研究和继电保护自适应、智能化的最新发展,研制出一套以光纤为通信媒介的微机保护系统。该系统首次使用华北电力大学最新开发研制出的光电流互感器,并在HDLC位同步通信协议的基础上实现了输电线路的纵联差动保护,同时兼具强大的通信能力和抗干扰能力,并可扩展与其它保护、控制装置和调度联网以共享全系统数据、信息和网络资源的能力,为未来的系统扩展留下了广阔的空间。

Abstract:With the development of optic fiber communication,it becomes an attractive technology used to improve the reliability of microprocessor-based protection.This paper proposes a new design which takes fiber-optic as communication medium of the microprocessor-based protection system.Adaptive and intelligent theories are adopted and a latest optical-CT is used in the system.The design applied to the differential pilot protection of transmission line with HDLC protocol shows that it has powerful capability of communication and anti-interference.Meanwhile,it can also communicate with other protections,control equipments and control center to share data,information and resource with them.The system leaves a vast space for future expansion.
