激光淬火铁基烧结材料的摩擦与磨损

摘    要:研究了两种不同成分铁基烧结材料经宽带激光表面处理后的显微组织和摩擦学特性。结果表明,铁基烧结材料的耐磨性显著提高。两种材料相比,在较低载荷下,组织为孪晶马氏体/位错马氏体混合材料具有较好的摩擦学特性。而在较高载荷下,组织为马氏体/下贝氏体复相的材料具有较好的摩擦学特性。

Abstract:Microstructure and tribological properties of two Fe based sintered materials after wide bond laser surface hardening were studied in this paper The results show that the wear resistance of Fe based sintered materials can remarkably improve after laser surface hardening Comparing the two materials,under the lower loads,the material with twinned martensite/dislocation martensite microstructure shows the better tribological properties However,under the higher loads,the material with martensite/bainite duplex microstructure shows the excellent wear resistence
