不同方法治疗先天性马蹄内翻足的临床研究

目的：探讨先天性马蹄内翻足（CCF）治疗的新进展。方法：纳入2009年11月-2011年2月本院治疗的CCF患儿34例,其中,观察组17例采用动态肌力平衡手术治疗,对照组17例采用改良Ponseti方法治疗。结果：全部患儿均随访2年以上。观察组与对照组6月龄以下患儿治疗优良率分别为93.7%、94.4%,组间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;对于6个月～1岁的患儿,两组治疗优良率分别为100%、75.0%,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。术后无感染、复发及并发症发生。结论：改良Ponseti方法可作为6个月以内CCF患儿的首选治疗方法,6个月～1岁的患儿应考虑使用肌平衡手术治疗。

Clinical Study of Congenital Clubfoot Treatment with Diferent Methods

Objective：To discuss the New Progress on the treatment of congenital clubfoot（CCF）.Method：Took 34 case of CCF patients from November 2009 to February 2011,the observation group（n=17）was treated with muscle strength balance method,the control group（n=17）was treated with modified ponseti method.Result：All the patients were followed up for more than 2 years.The children younger than 6 months in the observation group with the excellent and good rate was 93.7%,and that in control group was 94.4%,there was no significant difference between two groups （P ＆gt;0.05）.And in 6 months to 1 years old patients,the excellent and good rate was 100% and 75.0% respectively,there was significant difference between two groups（P ＆lt;0.05）.The postoperative follow-up revealed that there were no infections,relapses and complications.Conclusion：Modified ponseti method is the first choice for treatment of CCF in children younger than 6 months old,while muscle strength balance is suitable for children from 6 months to 1 year old.
