| 摘 要： | 采用金相检验、力学性能测试及化学成分分析等方法，对LY12R铝合金在不同挤压温度和不同淬火温度下的试样进行了分析，分析结果表明，合金原材料中存在合金化合物偏聚现象。当淬火温度超过503℃时，则会产生过烧产物显微孔洞。而这些孔洞的存在，不会影响材料的力学性能。
