| 摘 要： | 目的 研究子宫肌瘤的动脉栓塞治疗的临床应用。方法 采用Seldinger方法超选择性子宫动脉栓塞治疗18例子宫肌瘤患，用PVA阻断瘤体血供。结果 血管造影可见肌瘤血供阻断。术后6个月随访结果表明肌瘤瘤体明显缩小．临床症状改善。结论 子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤是一种创伤小的新方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical effect of treating myoma of uterus by embolization in artery. Methods 18 patients with myoma of uterus were treated by Seldinger way with embolizating the artery of myoma. Use PVA to stop the blood supply of the myoma (of uterus). Results The block of the blood supply of the myoma could be seen by angiography. Six months later the body of myoma had been obviously smaller and the clinical symptoms had been improved. Conclusion Embolization in artery of myoma of uterus is a new method with is less trauma and better effect. |
