进展期贲门癌患者脾脏免疫状态的研究

为了探讨进展期贲门癌患者脾脏的免疫状态，分别检测了７０例患者的外周血，脾静脉血与脾脏的ＮＫ细胞活性及Ｔ－淋巴细胞亚群。结果显示：（１）与正常人外周血淋巴细胞相比，进展期贲门癌患者的ＰＢＬ，脾静脉血淋巴细胞及脾细胞的ＮＫ细胞性，ＣＤ＾＋５，ＣＤ＾＋４细胞降低，ＣＤ＾＋８细胞增多，致ＣＤ＾＋４／ＣＤ＾＋８细胞比值明显下降；（２）从进展期贲门癌患者ＰＢＬ、ＳＶＬ与ＳＣ三者之间比较结果可见，后二者的ＮＫ细

STUDIES ON SPLEEN IMMUNE STATUS IN THE PATIENTS WITH ADVANCED CARDIAC CANCER

In order to study the spleen immune status in the patients suffered from advancedcardiac cancer,the authors have evaluated the activity of natural killer(NK) cells andsome T-lymphocyte subgroups in periphcral blood (PBL),splenic venous blood(SVL),and splenic cells(SC)of 20 cases,The results skowed that(1)In comparison withnormal PBL of healthy persons,these patients showed a lower NK cell activity,depressed CD3+ and CD4+ cell count and increased CD8+ cell count,resulting in a decrease ofCD4+/CD8+ ratio;and(2)In these patients,the NK cell activity and CD4+/ CD8+ ratioin SVL and SC were signi ficantly lower than that in PBL.The authors concluded thatthe advanced card iac cancer may weaken the patients whole immunity.With the develop-ment of tumor, the spleen is turned to play a negative rather than a positive role inimmunity.
