| 摘 要： | 为分析绝经报阴道流血的病因及其相关因素，将286例PMB患者进行临床及病理分析。结果显示：因炎症引起出血165例（57、69%），其中以阴道炎最多见；功能性子宫出血47例（16、43%）； IUD引起出血30%；恶性肿瘤引起出血25例（8.74%），且随绝经年限增加，PMB患者中因恶性肿瘤所致的可能性亦增大。

| Abstract: | To analyse the causes and relative factors of postmenopausal bleeding(PMB),286 patients with PMB were analyzed.The results showed that 165 (57.69%)bleeding were caused by inflammation, most of which were vaginitis,47 cases (16.43%) by functional womb bleeding ,30 cases (10.49%)by IUD,and 25 cases(8.74%) by malignant tumor.Moreover, with the increase of menopause span the possibility of PMB caused by malignant tumor also increases. |
