| 摘 要： | 本研充对33例鼻咽癌复发和28例放射性纤维化病例作病灶CT值定量评价。统计学处理采用方差分析,分别对各组病变的CT比值进行比较。分析结果显示:各组间CT比值差异在统计学上无显著性意义表明用CT值鉴别鼻咽癌放疗后局部复发与纤维化结果不可靠,与Mategrano等的观点相悖。根据著者的经验,鉴别应以形态改变为主要依据。本文对诊断要点作了讨论。

| Abstract: | 33 cases of recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma (RT) and 28 cases of radiaion fibrosis (RF) were evaluated with CT Values (CTV). The differences bettween CTV ratiosfor patients with RT and for those with RFwere evaluated by an analysis of variances. Our results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in CTV ratios. These indicated that CTV was not reliable for the differentiation, which was not consistent with Mategrano's view. According to our experiences, the differentiation should be based on morphological changes. The other factors concerned with the differentiation were discussed in detail. |
