摘    要:罗汉果是葫芦科藤本植物,也是一种药食两用植物,其有效成分具有生物活性和保健功效。罗汉果中的有效成分有三萜类、黄酮类、木脂素类、呋喃类、糖类、脂肪酸类、甾体类等。本文综述近年来国内外在罗汉果的生理活性成分及其保健功能,以及罗汉果三萜类化合物活性成分的提取、测定等方面的研究进展,为罗汉果在食品和药品上的进一步研究与开发利用提供参考。

Abstract:Siraitia grosvenorii belongs to cucurbitacease vine species,being a kind of medicinal and edible plant with biological activity and health care effect.Its active ingredients have triterpenoids,flavonoids,lignans, furans,sugars,fatty acids,steroids and the like.This paper reviews the recent research progress at home and a-broad in physiologically active ingredients and health care function as well as the active ingredients extraction and determination of Siraitia grosvenorii triterpenoids,etc.so as to provide a reference for further research,de-velopment and utilization of Siraitia grosvenorii in food and medicine.
