| 摘 要： | 本文介绍采用了一种FX2N可编程控制器对自动高速吸塑机发热砖模块进行温度检测与控制系统实现功能的设计。在温度控制输出过程中,采用PID控制器,对温度的采集数据进行计算,然后通过可编程控制器输出对发热砖模块间接控制,同时实现数字滤波、触发脉冲等功能。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a system design of temperature measure and control of the heating modules for High -speed Vacuum Plastic-absorbing Machine with the FX2N PLC. During the outputting of temperature control, process the gathering data of temperature with PID controller. Then control the heating modules with the PLC indirectly, with the function of digital fil-tering, triggering pulse. |
