中暑48例临床分析

目的总结分析治疗中暑的临床经验。方法对48例中暑病人的治疗进行回顾分析。其中先兆中暑16例，轻度中暑27例，重度中暑5例。结果48例中暑患者中，痊愈46例（占95．8％），2例（占4．2％）遗留有后遗症。结论对中暑病人及时正确地，采取迅速有效的降温、大量补液、器官支持等综合治疗措施，可以取得较好的疗效。

Clinical analysis on 48 cases of heatstroke

Objective To analyze clinical experience in treatment of heatstroke. Methods The clinical data of treatment in 48 cases of heatstroke were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed . Among them, 16 cases were suffered with aural heatstroke, 27 cases with mild heatstroke and 5 with severe heatstroke. Results 46 cases（95.8% ） of them were cured, and 2 cases（4.2% ） associated with sequelae. Conclusion The heatstroke could get better effectiveness when they were treated timely and properly with comprehensive therapy including rapid and effective lowering of body temperature, mass fluid replacement, supportive measures for maintaining organ function.
