| 摘 要： | 目的研究采用高效液相色谱串联质谱法测定人体血清中低浓度甲基炔诺酮的方法，并应用于测定皮下埋植避孕妇女血清中甲基炔诺酮的含量。方法在确定的液相色谱和质谱条件下，甲基炔诺酮检出限为0．10ng／mL，线性范围为0．2-12．8ng／mL，批内和批间的精密度RSD均小于5％，回收率良好。结果随着皮下埋植时间的延长，妇女血清中甲基炔诺酮含量逐渐下降，但均在有效避孕浓度内。结论该方法可以准确测定皮下埋植避孕妇女血清中甲基炔诺酮含量。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the determination of serum levonorgestrel（LNG） in woman with norplant by HPLC-MS method. Methods The assay was linear over the range of 0.2 ng/mL- 12.8 ng/mL and the detection limit of this method was 0. 10 ng/mL. The analytical precision both the inter-assay and intra- assay was consistently less than 5%. The recovery of LNG from serum samples was good. Results The average serum levels of LNG in the users of norplant gradually decreased with the prolongation of time, but all were in the range of effective contraception concentrations. Conclusion This method is suitable for the determination of serum LNG in woman with norplant. |
